Kargman Center Behavioral Health Programs are leading the way in comprehensive mental health care. We work to ensure our programs remain responsive to the demands of the nation-wide and global challenges in mental health care.
We consider each individual. Rather than placing clients into an existing treatment mold, we work with them while they are immersed in the treatment setting to observe, discover and to build a treatment plan around their unique needs. Our clients are empowered to play an active role in the development of their plan for growth and improvement.
We conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments that covers all domains of life. Our assessments are conducted with the insight of the client and any other authorized contributors.
Cohesion of our multidisciplinary staff, the intensity of our program, and the small milieu size guarantees that no client is left unseen. This structure gives clients an opportunity to form attachments or relationships that are the beginning of the healing process. People are often accustomed to talking about their symptoms when interacting with care providers. At Balance, we are interested in knowing who they are, beyond their diagnosis and symptoms, and what is preventing their growth.
Individual work is an essential component to the treatment we provide. Clients work closely with their individual therapist and have many opportunities to do additional work with their families and other support systems.
We strive to help individuals and families that are struggling with:
- Depression
- Oppositional Defiance
- Grief
- Anxiety
- PTSD
- ADHD
